About the class:

The classes are Sivananda yoga based lasting 75 minutes including final relaxation.  They incorporate a wide variety of postures to help create a strong, flexible, balanced body.  The breath is very important throughout the class as it enables you to go deeper into the posture and helps achieve a deep state of relaxation. Classes are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness and are held in a friendly, non-competitive environment.

Class time (Thursday evenings only):

17.45 – 19.00 hours

What to wear/bring:

Please bring your own yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing and bring something warm for final relaxation at the end of the class. It is not advisable to practice yoga having eaten a heavy meal.


£80 for 10 weeks (consecutive classes) or £12 drop in.  Please contact me to secure your place as spaces are limited.
